The city of Seagoville is poised for greatness, and it's all about location, location, location. Located about 15 miles Southeast of downtown Dallas, Seagoville has easy access to all major highways and Interstates 45, 635, 35 and 20. It's hard to stay lost in Seagoville. Three nature trails wind their way through pond, forest and grassland habitats. The preserve even offers a museum, large working barn and camping areas.

Seagoville got its start as plain old Seago after the town's founder T.K. Seago. The U.S. postal service changed the name to Seagoville in 1910. It seems mail was getting confused with another Sego, Texas. Today, Seagoville considers itself "The City of Opportunity." Check out the opportunity. Seagoville sits on 175 just southeast of Dallas.
